Privacy Policy

Mode ("we", "us") runs mode.com.pk. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address and, for wallet or bank payments, the payment screenshot you upload. If you join our email list, we store your email address.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver orders, contact you about your order, prevent fraud and, if you opted in, send you store updates. We never sell your personal information.

Payments

Card payments are processed on a secure payment page. We do not store card numbers.

Sharing

We share only what is needed with delivery partners, payment providers and the services that run our store.

Advertising measurement with Meta

We use Meta Pixel to measure page visits, product views, successful bag additions and checkout starts, and to help optimize advertising. Meta receives product identifiers, quantities, prices, currency, page addresses, IP address, browser information and advertising cookies. We do not send your email, phone, delivery address or payment screenshots through the pixel. An unpaid order or a card-payment handoff is not reported as a paid purchase.

Advertising tracking is blocked in regions requiring consent until you accept, and whenever your region cannot be established. Elsewhere it is enabled unless you refuse or signal an applicable opt-out. Use Cookie settings in the footer to accept, reject or withdraw at any time; essential shopping remains available. Your browser stores the visitor reference, choice, time, region and notice shown, including previous acceptance when you withdraw. Clearing browser storage removes these local records. Meta processes received information under its own privacy policy.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from emails at any time.
